Our brownfield delivery model has been developed specifically for repair orders and more complex brownfield modifications, focused on delivering each scope safely, cost-competitively and quickly.

We work with our customers to maximise the number of scopes delivered from restricted OPEX budgets and have delivered significant efficiency improvements, and cost-savings, for our customers in the North Sea and beyond.

We adopt fit-for-purpose processes for the delivery of modifications, where process steps and assurance activities are scaled in-line with the technical risk of the modification. Similarly, we only use the necessary level of project management and controls for each scope, ensuring that no unwanted costs are attached to the job.
