Our brownfield delivery model has been developed specifically for repair orders and more complex brownfield modifications, focused on delivering each scope safely, cost-competitively and quickly.
We work with our customers to maximise the number of scopes delivered from restricted OPEX budgets and have delivered significant efficiency improvements, and cost-savings, for our customers in the North Sea and beyond.
We adopt fit-for-purpose processes for the delivery of modifications, where process steps and assurance activities are scaled in-line with the technical risk of the modification. Similarly, we only use the necessary level of project management and controls for each scope, ensuring that no unwanted costs are attached to the job.
Delivering efficiently is not just about utilizing scalable processes to fit the scope. Our culture and delivery ethos is key to unlocking the value that we deliver to our customers. We only employ the right people, and importantly the right number of people, who can deliver on our customers’ requirements. We support this by aiming to deliver all repair orders and modifications on a fixed priced basis to ensure that our people, delivery approach and commercial models are all aligned with our customers’ key value drivers – giving our customers cost and technical assurance.
In order to deliver consistently for our customers, Scopus offers a full life cycle solution from multi-discipline brownfield engineering solutions through to multi-skilled execution teams. Scopus’ model is fully flexible and can be delivered as a complete solution or, depending on the needs of our customers, as individual activities.
We add value at every phase:
- Multi-disciplined brownfield engineering expertise
- Procurement and fabrication management
- Multi-skilled construction teams, with flexible delivery options
- Scalable project controls, reporting and system integration options – to fit scope requirements and customer preference
- Fixed price commercial models, for engineering and all associated construction deliverables
