Neil Brady | Managing Director

Neil joined Scopus as Managing Director in February 2017 bringing with him over 15 years’ experience in the oil & gas industry.  He is responsible for Scopus’ day-to-day operations and drives delivery excellence across the company’s multi-discipline lean engineering and leading survey capability.

With Master’s degrees in Information Systems and Project Management, Neil has experience across Business management, Contract management, Project controls and Risk management and has led large onshore and offshore project teams to deliver safe and efficient asset operations for major North Sea operators.

Steve King | Technical Delivery Manager

Steve has worked in the petrochemical and offshore oil and gas industry for over 30 years. His career in engineering started in instrument design before moving into corporate management, where he has experience in technical challenges & efficiency strategies, technical close-out and championing school partnerships.

Steve joined Scopus in October 2017 as Technical Delivery Manager where he will develop the engineering function and lead the company growth in repair orders and minor modification scopes.

Kevin Woodhouse | Engineering Manager

Kevin has over 30 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry and has held a variety of posts including Principal Piping Engineer, Project Engineer and Engineering Manager.

Starting out as a Piping Draughtsman straight from school, Kevin’s career has progressed quickly. He gained a HNC in Engineering and is a Member of the Institution of Mechanical Incorporated Engineers.

Kevin joined Scopus in late 2009. His proactive approach to business inspires his team to build strong, working relationships with clients. He has a proven track record in managing various sizes and complexities of brownfield modification and upgrade projects, and is responsible for delivering cost effective solutions within schedule both in the UK and overseas.

Thomas Flad | Survey Manager

Thomas studied Survey Engineering at the University of Applied Sciences in Karlsruhe, Germany, before starting out as a land surveyor where he was involved in small and large land surveying and civil engineering projects.

Thomas joined Scopus in 2009 as a Dimensional Control Surveyor with responsibility for dimensional control of fabricated products, corridor surveys for new pipework routings and verification surveys.  In 2016 he was appointed Survey Manager overseeing all of Scopus’ specialist survey solutions.
